The form of such a story is called the photo essay.A photo essay is very simply a collection of images that are placed in a specific order to tell the progression of events, emotions, and concepts.
Choose photos that are related thematically, and that tell a story. You can use your own images, or found images that you have the rights to use. Progression/order—what does the chosen order of the images communicate.
To find images, you can search online for royalty free images. Choose music and /or sound effects and/or narration that enhances and/or explains your story. Can you explain to yourselves why the images move in a certain order ?
